Meet our Providers

Seth Christman, M.D.

Seth Christman was born and raised in Nashville. He graduated cum laude from the George Washington University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He received his Doctor of Medicine from East Tennessee State University James H. Quillen College of Medicine in 2017. He is board-certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

From 2017-2021 he completed his residency training in psychiatry at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. During his time there he completed elective training in primary care consultation, addiction treatment and brief psychotherapy. As a graduating resident he won the Research Award for work on accelerated aging in late-life depression. He maintains a volunteer appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in the Vanderbilt University
School of Medicine.

Seth’s clinical areas of interest include addiction, brief cognitive-behavioral therapy, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and collaborative care. When not working he is often playing or listening to music, tinkering with woodworking projects, or watching the antics of him and his wife’s two cats.

Dr. Wise completed her undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences from Texas A&M University. She then completed four years of pharmacy school in a joint program between the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy and UT Health San Antonio. Dr. Wise completed many clinical rotations during pharmacy school, including completing a research project at the San Antonio State Hospital.

After graduating from pharmacy school, she moved to Nashville to complete a PGY1 residency with the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. While at the department, her experiences truly solidified her desire to serve the under-served. During her residency she worked to revise the rules and regulations used to inspect OBOT’s (Office Based Opioid Treatment Facilities).

After completing her residency, she worked at both the Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute and Pinewood Springs as a clinical psychiatric pharmacist.

During her free time, Caitlin loves to travel. She has traveled to over 18 countries and counting.
